At Etroi, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refund and return process in line with our commitment to quality service.

Return Eligibilit

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • The product must be in resalable condition with all original tags or labels attached.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked “non-returnable” in the product description
  • Opened or used hygiene-related items (e.g. earbuds, grooming products)

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or wrong item).

We will notify you by email once your return is processed.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us at support@etroi.store within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Include photos of the damaged/defective product and your order number.
  • We’ll arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Etroi is not responsible for lost return shipments.
