What kind of products do you sell?
We specialize in electric ride on cars, trucks, and hoverboards for kids. Our collection includes battery powered cars, trucks, and hoverboards built for fun, safety, and long term use.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we offer shipping within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery within the USA typically takes 5–8 business days, depending on your location. Once your order ships, tracking details will be sent to your email.

Are the cars rechargeable?
All of our electric ride on cars and trucks include rechargeable 12V batteries along with a compatible 12V charger for convenient use.
What is the maximum speed of your electric car trucks?
For safe and enjoyable use, our electric car trucks typically move at a moderate speed of 2.5–4.5 mph.
What is the top speed of your hoverboards?
Most of our hoverboards run at an average speed of 6–8 mph.
Are the speeds safe for kids?
Both electric car trucks and hoverboards include features such as controlled acceleration, balance support, and parental supervision options to help provide a safe riding experience.
What is included in the package?
- 1 × Electric ride-on car or truck (main unit)
- 1 × Rechargeable battery (pre-installed or included separately depending on model)
- 1 × Compatible charger (e.g., 12V charger for 12V battery models)
- 1 × User manual with assembly and safety instructions
- 1 × Remote control (for models that support parental supervision)
- Additional accessories (if applicable to the selected model)
For Hoverboards:
- 1 × Hoverboard (main unit)
- 1 × Rechargeable 36V lithium-ion battery (pre-installed in most models)
- 1 × Compatible 36V charger
- 1 × User manual with safety and operation guidelines
- Carrying bag or protective gear (only if mentioned for that model)
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused, in original packaging. Please see our Returns & Refund Policy for complete details.
What if I receive a damaged or defective product?
Please email support@etroi.store within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll assist you right away.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. You can use that number to track your package through the carrier’s website.
Do your ride-on vehicles come with instructions?
Yes. Each product includes a user manual with assembly instructions, safety information, and usage tips. Most items are easy to assemble with minimal tools required.
