Shipping Rates
We offer a flat shipping rate of $15 on all orders within the United States, regardless of order size or weight.
Estimated Delivery Schedule
At Etroi, we aim to process and ship every order as quickly as possible. Below is the estimated timeline for orders placed within the United States:
- Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time
- Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday)
- Shipping Duration: 4–6 business days (Monday to Friday)
- Estimated Delivery Time: 5–8 business days (Monday to Friday)
Please note that these time frames are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or high order volumes during peak seasons.
Shipping Coverage
Etroi currently ships exclusively within the United States. International shipping is not available at the moment. Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order. Etroi is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
Delays and Unexpected Circumstances
At Etroi, we strive to meet all estimated delivery timelines. However, delays may occasionally occur due to:
- Severe weather or natural events
- Courier or transportation disruptions
- High-volume shopping periods or public holidays
- Security checks or address verification processes
If any delay arises, we will notify you promptly and continue to monitor your shipment until it is successfully delivered.
Tracking Updates

Shipping Method
We primarily use FedEx to ensure timely and reliable delivery of all orders.
For faster delivery within 1 to 3 business days, we also offer shipping via DHL upon request. Please note that DHL shipping incurs additional charges and is not included in our standard flat rate.
Address Modifications
If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to modify the shipping address once the order has been processed and dispatched.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team immediately. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue and ensure a suitable solution.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped. Once your order has been dispatched, please refer to our Returns and Refund Policy for further assistance.
Wrong Address
If a product is returned due to an incorrect address, phone number, or email provided by the customer, the full cost of return shipping will be the customer’s responsibility. Please ensure that all contact and delivery information is accurate to avoid any delays or inconvenience.
